As the Director of Client Relations, Melissa Brickell ensures Affinity operations run smoothly from the point of sale or renewal through implementation. Brickell serves as a customer relationship point of contact as well as being a member of the Sales and Marketing team. She has been working with Affinity since 2009 in roles branching between each department of the company and her goal is to see that clients are happy with their fundraising systems and that they are performing properly to optimize client programs.

Prior to moving from the Washington D.C. area to Pennsylvania in 2000 to lead operations at Affinity, Brickell spearheaded operations and human resources during the startup of a 1-800-Radiator franchise. Additionally, she worked as a licensed insurance agent for State Farm Insurance selling property, casualty, health and life insurance.

Brickell loves the challenges that come with providing one-stop fundraising services to Affinity’s hundreds of clients.

A motorcycle enthusiast and Harley Davidson owner, Brickell enjoys riding, as well as attending local Spikes baseball games and Penn State Football games. She also volunteers for the Salvation Army and Special Olympics.
