Mail Management:
- Opening, recording, and processing all incoming mail.
- Data is updated and content stored when members submit news, photos, and new contact info.
- Merchant account set-up for credit card processing of Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover with no minimum monthly fee.
Donation and Membership Management:
- Storage of all alumni/supporter/member records.
- Processing of all gifts via mail, web, and a 24/7donations hotline.
- A 24/7, toll-free, donations hotline included in your monthly service for members to update their information or make a credit card gift.
- Donation tracking of all gifts from all sources.
- Donations from your members are processed within 72 hours and wired to your bank account at the end of each week.
- Your organization’s name is reflected on a member’s bank statement - not ours!
- Donation summaries are distributed to your organization leadership weekly and monthly.
- Membership and paid subscription tracking available!
- If you have a parent organization that keeps members’ records we will crosscheck your database with theirs once per year, at your request, and at no additional charge.
- Two standard reports per month chosen from the following:
- All member contact information (including lost and deceased members, if needed)
- Donor & Gift Listings (Up to 5 years)
- Current Year Honor Roll
- Giving Trend Analysis
- Extensive reporting and data imports are available for additional fees.
- Individual record updates (non-importable) billed at $0.16 per update. Updates submitted in proper format will be imported at no additional charge.
